Babu Owino's Land Grabbing Bombshell Rattles Ruto and Kenyatta Family | Kenya news

Land ownership has always been a contentious issue in Kenya. In a bid to tackle this problem and protect some of his constituents, Babu Owino, recently made a very clever move that inadvertently opened a Pandora's box that will be impossible to shut again. And it is bound to impact a vast majority of super rich families in Kenya who must be shaking in their boots this very minute.

Experts are already saying that this unexpected turn of events will have far-reaching consequences and forever change the landscape of land ownership in Kenya.

The very deadly and bloody ghost of land has officially been unleashed in Kenya and things will never be the same again thanks to the accidental spillage of this can full of very smelly and stinking worms.

====================

You know the way we see our leaders in public and what they really are in private are two very different things because what we see in public is the image they cultivate. It is what they want us to see and believe. However for you to be effective in analyzing politics, you will need to make the effort to understand the real character of a politician.

For instance what kind of character is President Ruto and what kind of character is Raila Odinga? Your findings on those two questions will quickly enable you to predict the outcome of the ongoing peace talks where the two gentleman are the leaders of the two sides involved.

Actually many of you have been shooting back at me  and asking; Chris why are you so sure there's no handshake? Why are you saying the things you are saying?

We will do more than just touch on that. But first of all I want to take you back to history which will help us understand better what is happening here.

Did you know that there was a day that Raila Amollo Odinga cried tears in front of people. Those who were there were more than shocked and they could not believe what they were seeing right before their eyes.

But that's not all. Raila's words as he shook uncontrollably in emotions were telling. "Please save me from Kibaki." We will come back to that in a bit but for now, let's start this story from the beginning so that all the facts fall neatly into place for us to get the complete picture instantly.

Now, if you have placed all your hopes in a handshake happening soon between Ruto and Raila and then everything in Kenya going back to normal, chances are very high that you are going to be disappointed.

And so the question is; why am I so sure that there will be NO handshake?

Let us talk about a very recent happening in the country to prove this point. What you saw in the news a few hours ago

Yesterday somebody was trying to force the attention of Kenyans to the drama (in my view the stage managed drama) in State House. President Ruto lectured cabinet secretaries and permanent secretaries. The long and short of what he was telling them is that so far they have proved incompetent.

Even more telling was the twit from somebody very close to president Ruto a man called Dennis tumbi who described the situation in gate D of State House where according to Itumbi numerous senior government officials were parked. They had been shut out of the meeting because they came in late.

And of course Kenyans drunk in this drama with glee. Let's face it, people really like it when the high and mighty seem to have run into some problem. And this one of a full cabinet secretary locked out of a meeting was very juicy gossip.

But when you really think about it there is a much simpler remedy to incompetent public officials. You simply fire them. Why would you want to read them the riot act in the full glare of cameras instead? Unless you had another objective in mind... Get the full detailed story of this Diversion tactics used by State house against cost of living agenda

Even as dark clouds hang over the nation of Kenya spiritually, some Kenyans have a very bad feeling about this August 2023. And they are convinced that something very big is coming. And it could quite possibly be linked to the dramatic events that have unfolded in the country over the last two months or so.

Since Kenya attained her independence and even before, the month of August seems to have a streak of bad luck for politicians in Kenya. Disasters too have happened in Kenya in August. Game-changing major events have also unfolded in this same dreaded month. GET FULL DETAILS ON:

Olusegun Obasanjo, a prominent Nigerian statesman, is set to play a crucial role as a mediator in the Kenya peace talks between Raila and Ruto, even as maandamano continue. But what most Kenyans do not realize is that he has been here before, playing the same role. That was in 2008 during the bloody post election violence that erupted after Mwai Kibaki rigged the 2007 presidential polls.

John Jomo succeeded in his prayers to the court and Justice Jairus Ngaah issued an injunction prohibiting the agency from requiring Jomo Kenyatta junior to surrender his pistol without first going through the laid down legal process. But how will the Ruto government respond? Here are a few possible "crazy" scenarios.

Those who saw Hussein Mohamed during his distinguished career as a Citizen TV journalist may be excused for feeling pity for him watching his body language a few hours ago as he fielded a question about Raila's claim that President Ruto invited the Tanzanian president to Kenya to mediate talks between him and Raila Odinga, only to snub her. President Samia Suluhu Hassan then left the country after two nights at a Nairobi hotel waiting in vain.

Mohamed started off laughing nervously when the question was posed. He then followed it up with his shifty answer which hardly made sense.

In just a handful of days, what happened in Nyalenda, Kisumu recently has moved from being highly sensitive to the Ruto government to something being discussed openly. And surprisingly, the international media and community are suddenly leading the discussions and showing great concern.

Raila Odinga in a press conference with the international press in Nairobi yesterday even went on to use the phrase “ethnic cleansing” and made comparisons with similar happenings from the past from all over the world. Read Chris Kumekucha full article
